Besides, many people begin to curious about Mexican cuisines. This way makes the market is increasing significantly. However, traditional recipes would be excellent options for some people. After those steps, mix all ingredients. Pour mixture into peppers, wrap around a slice of bacon, and place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes or until bacon is cooked through.
Guacamole Sauce
Guacamole is my favorite use of avocado. You can serve it with corn or chips for dipping. Hass avocados are the best, with a buttery, rich flavor. Firstly, mash the avocado in a bowl. Chunks can be left behind.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Then, serve quickly, or it will turn black. I put plastic wrap directly on top and seal it. It helps prevent this from happening.
Mexican Homemade Fresh Sauce
This recipe was given to my son by a friend who owns a Mexican restaurant. It is easy to make and addictive. Your tastes may vary. If you prefer onion, you can add 1/4 cup. It preserves the fresh flavor. However, this step is optional. All ingredients should be placed in a 12-cup food processor or blender. Besides, it is crucial to blend it well. After the steps, you can refrigerate the mixture for at least an hour to allow the flavors to blend. Finally, it would be best to serve with tortilla chips.
Pozole
Pozole, a hearty Mexican stew made with pork and cornmeal, is delicious. If you like, you can also make it with chicken or beef. It is just one of the many ways to prepare pozole. You can serve pozole with chopped onion, cilantro, lime wedges, and shredded cabbage. Pozole is a great way to get rid of hangovers.
The directions of making this meal are effortless. Firstly, you need to heat a large pot of oil over medium heat. Add the pork cubes to the pan. Once browned, transfer them to a plate. Stir in the onions with two tablespoons of water. However, don’t forget to reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook onions for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. After that, you only need to mix all ingredients. It is optional that you can add the lime juice and stir. Finally, you can serve it and enjoy the cuisine.
